Click on Start Select Run Then type winipcfg |
Windows NT, 2000, XP: |
Click on Start Select Run Then type cmd After the command window opens type ipconfig /all |
Windows 7: |
Open Control Panel Change "View by:" to Small icons Select Network and Sharing Center From that screen click on the local area connection on the right hand side of the screen. Click on Details... It is listed as the physical address field |
Linux |
Open a terminal as root or sudo, type ifconfig |
Note: | Choose the physical address of the adapter you want listed |
